PSP GAME NEW

PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 version of the game cricket action only new release to crack the top 10, New Super Mario ranked first as sales slid in all directions.

New Media said the Japanese sales figures for the week of 12-18 April, and the numbers are not impressive. To put the week in perspective, last month, Koei topped the charts with the PlayStation 3 version of Fist of the North Star Warriors, has sold over 385,000 copies its debut week. It 's more than twice the combined sales of 10 best sellers of April 12-18.

Mountains of the Xbox 360 edition of Travis Touchdown 's original adventures almost surpassed his colleague tamer PS3 in Japan.

There was little turnover in the titles of the week, with New-Super Wii Mario default in the first place in the charts with 32,108 copies sold. Only new releases - Grasshopper 'PS3 and Xbox 360 ports of the original No More Heroes - landed in the seventh and eighth place with sales of 15,763 and 15,153, respectively.

Times were tough on the hardware front. There was no vibration in the finishing order of platforms, which is almost every system 'sales fell for the week during the week. Only two systems actually increase sales in the week were the two worst selling of them in the list. Go PSP sales increased from 1826 to 1915, while the PS2 went from 1,425 systems sold in 1531.
